  1. 1. Biology Class- I feel like I am trying and making a big effort. I do study, its just that I wait until like three days before the test to start studying and end up cramming information sometimes. But overall I am doing fine, I don't have an A in the class but I am working on bringing my grade up.
Math- I am doing fine in this class, I go to the learning lab when I need help. My grade is good in that class and I have been doing good on all my test so far.
Sociology- I am doing fine in this class, sometimes understanding the information can be difficult and I get all of the people confused, since its really false science, but my grade is maintaining so I am not worried or stressing over it.
CIS- this is an easy class for me, I get 90s and above on all of my assignments and it is a straight forward class, so i don't have to study much for it.
Eng4/Sen.Proj.- I dread this class but senior project is going fine and I am up to date with everything in there.
    2. My weakest class is Biology, I know that if I would just study little small sections every night I would be fine in that class and do a lot better on the test and get a better understanding.
    3. Making an A is always important to me, but getting all A's is sometimes hard for me to do, especially if its a class that I just have an overall weakness for and have many other classes to keep up with, so I sometimes just try to aim for a B and work my way up.
    4. I don't feel for getting a D in a class at all. That is just disappointing to myself to let that happen. But I know for a fact that is nothing I will have to worry about happening.
    5. Preparing for a test is always challenging, but I'm used to it now. Typing this 8 page senior project paper has got to be the most challenging thing I have to deal with as of now though.
    6. I don't really have a best moment, but getting a 93 on a Biology test can count for something I guess, since it NEVER happens.

  2. 1) Psychology- I had a rough start in this class. I took my first online class and I absolutely failed it. Later on, I realized that this class isn't that hard. It really helps if I read the chapter before taking my test.
Math 172- Math has always came easily to me. I have not really studied for this class. The homework and the quiz are what I study in preparation for the test.
Western Civilizations- The instructor of this class is really chill. He sends out notes for his lectures. He also sends us the test as a study guide and has us write two essays.
Music- There is a great amount of reading that is assigned for this class. The instructor gives us study guides that the test is built off of. Only one or two questions come out of the reading.
English 4/Senior Project- This is a really fast paced class. I had difficulties keeping up at the beginning. I was procrastinating and really fell behind; however, I am doing better now and am even slightly ahead in the class.
    2) My weakest class is Psychology. I have realized that if I read the chapter after she lectures and before I take the test, I can do well on the tests.
    3) It is very important that I get an A in this class. I do try to get all A's. I feel like I am capable of getting all A's.
    4) If I did get a D in a class, I would be very disappointed in myself.
    5) My most frustrating moment in this class was when I failed a test in Psychology. I went and talked to the instructor and she said not to worry and that there were going to be many opportunities for me to pull up my grade.
    6) My best academical achievement so far is pulling my Psychology grade back up to an A.

    1. So far I feel as though my performance is each class is good. I’m reaching to get straight A’s in all of my classes. In my ACA class I have an A and study during the appropriate times. According to my ACA teacher my class participation is not the best because she gave me a B for class participation. I also have an A in my English class. I participate in all my class activities and study whenever a test is assigned. In my PED class I have a B because I am not the most athletic person. I participate in the class but not up to my teacher’s expectations. We do not have test in his class; therefore, I don’t have to study for anything. In Soar I have been doing well. Jennifer and I meet in our math study groups and she helps me with my math HW. I do all of my blogs and participate.
    2. My weakest class is currently math. I can definitely improve in my math class by studying two weeks in advance and trying to find better tutors.
    3. It is very important for me to get an A is my class because they boost my GPA. I do try to get all A’s. I am capable of getting all A’s; however my math glass is holding me back.
    4. Getting a D in a class is not an option for me. I don’t even like to make C in any of my classes. A D would definitely weigh my GPA down.
    5. Thus far, my most challenging and frustrating moment was when I was studying for my math test and didn’t understand any of it. I did not overcome that frustrating moment because I still fail the test, even though i studied for hours.
    6. One of my best moments I have achieved academically so far this semester was when I made a hundred on a test that I didn’t even finish. It was an English test that I didn’t get to finish and because my teacher saw me working so hard and diligently he gave me an A.

  4. 1. How do you feel about your performances in all your classes? List each class, then write 2 to 5 sentence reflection on how you feel you have been doing in this class. Discuss study habits, testing habits, and class participation.
    GEO: (80) C
    PED: B
    West. Civ.: A
    ACA: B
    Span.2: A
    Soar: A
I feel like I am doing very well in all of my classes, I have all A’s and B’s except for one class that is I feel the hardest for me, Geology. In the beginning of Geology I used to study a lot of the class and ask questions and make flash cards, but now I am not really focusing on that class anymore. I should continue to study and try to make my grade higher. All we get graded for in that class is exams, labs, and ID exams. I do very well on both the labs and ID exams (93-97) but even when I study for the exams I get C’s or B’s on it. That’s probably why I stopped studying for that class, because I got discouraged. PED is my easiest class we only have two tests in the class and 3 papers, most every day we walk outside for more than 45 minutes we are graded on how we walk. We need to have proper shoes on and have proper arm and leg movements or points will be taken off your grade. Western Civilizations is my favorite class because I have 100 in it. We only do essays and tests, and I feel as if I learn a lot in the class. I took ACA all ready and I have finished the class, it was an okay class to take. I didn’t like the online work though because the sites wouldn’t ever work. I’m also taking Spanish 2, I was nervous to take this class because I wasn’t sure I was going to do so well in it. But now I am glad that I did because I understand a lot more than I did before, and I enjoy the class. I usually study for this class a week before the test or quiz.
    2. What is your weakest class? How can you improve in this class?
My weakest class is Geology, because we take tests on 3 chapters at a time and I don’t always study for the exams. I need to start studying for the exams more and asking more questions and do questions in the books, and pre-tests, I think that would improve my grade a lot.

    3. How important is making an A in a class to you? Do you try to get all A's? Do you feel like you are capable of getting all A's?
I would like to get A’s in every single one of my classes, and I do feel like it is possible but just one step at a time, and that is what I am doing.

    4. How do you feel about getting a D in a class?
    I will not get a D in a class.

    5. Describe your most challenging or frustrating moment so far this semester in one of your classes and how you overcame it. The most challenging moment this semester was when two huge projects in Spanish and ACA were due on the same day. I have saved both of the finished projects on a flash drive, and then I lost my flash drive, the day both projects were due. I was very surprised that I didn’t cry or freak out, when got home I just did both of the projects over again. I was proud of myself for doing that.

    5. Describe one of your best moments you have achieved academically so far this semester.
One of my best moments this semester would probably be re doing my two lost projects the day before they were due.

  5. 1) English- I don't really study for this because I don't really know how to study for English. I test pretty good in that class. I was late like 6 times and that was at the beginning of the year.
ACA- I just started this class and I have been there every time. I don't study for this class either. I have gotten a 100 on the first quiz.
CIS- I don't study for tests. I have pretty good testing habits in this class. I haven't missed a class this far I don't think.
Psychology- I don't study for this class. I have very good testing habits in that class since it is open book. I have perfect attendance in this class.
Math- I study for this class right be for a test. I don't have very good study habits. I have been to every single class.
    2) My weakest class is math and I can improve by studying more.
    3) It isn't very important to me to get an A. I don't try to get all A's it's to much work. I am capable of getting all A's.
    4) I feel like I got an F in the class that I got a D in.
    5) I had 4 quizzes due at the same time in psychology and I read the chapters and did the quizzes and got A's on them.
    6) I think the best moment is when I got an A on the test after I got A's on those quizzes in psychology.

  6. 1. How do you feel about your performances in all your classes? List each class, then write 2 to 5 sentence reflection on how you feel you have been doing in this class. Discuss study habits, testing habits, and class participation.
Currently in biology I have an 85 I feel like since the majority of our grades come from tests if I don’t do well my grade goes down. I have a test coming up hopefully I can get a grade that can bump me up a little as well as our lab projects I have done really good on and I have one coming up so hopefully I do really well on that one too to make my grade go up even higher.
In psychology currently I have an 87 I took a quiz and didn’t do so good on it which dropped my grade from a 92 to an 87 I have a test coming up as well in that class which I am prepared for and hopefully will do good on.
In ped110 I don’t know my current grade I have had a lot of issues in that class currently I have emailed the teacher to find out my grade and anything else I can do to improve or maintain it.
In senior project I have a 91 as of right now everything is fine and I’m doing pretty well in the class.

    2. What is your weakest class? How can you improve in this class?

My weakest class for me at the moment is ped110 and I plan on improving by taking the next test and doing very good on it I also maintain my homework and participation grades to insure my grade won’t go do any more than it already has.

    3. How important is making an A in a class to you? Do you try to get all A's? Do you feel like you are capable of getting all A's?
Making A’s in my classes is very important to me I have taken two college classes prior to these and have a 4.0 GPA to maintain and keep that as long as possible is my goal. I feel like I do try hard to get good grades and the semesters not over so I still believe I can try to get back to an A in all my classes. In my PED 110 class at this point I know it’s impossible to get an A so I’m going to at least strive for a B

    4. How do you feel about getting a D in a class?
I think that would be the worst thing to happen to me is to get a D in any class I definitely feel like I can do way better than that no matter what the circumstances are!

    5. Describe your most challenging or frustrating moment so far this semester in one of your classes and how you overcame it.
I feel like my most challenging moment so far was PED 110 after that test grade I was truly traumatized I went into the class thinking its PE and it’s not going to be hard I feel like I have a harder time on those tests then I have all year in BIO111 I feel like hopefully I can overcome this after I talk with my professor and do better on the next test

    6. Describe one of your best moments you have achieved academically so far this semester.

I feel like the best moment for me was doing my BIO111 projects and my instructor telling me I did a good job the project seemed very complex when I first did it but after I presented I found out it was an easy grade and I was overworked about it for nothing
